Jay NaumanPresident & CEO
Photo HereBorn and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, Jay has been with Nauman Outdoor since 1989 and purchased the business from his father in 2001, making him the fourth generation to own and operate the company. A graduate of Wittenberg University, Jay is a jack of all trades and enjoys working with billboard layout and design to get the most effective message delivery possible for Nauman clients.  Jay has served on numerous community boards, past and present, including United Way Review Board, Habitat for Humanity, Lancaster-Fairfield County Charity Newsies, Fairfield Medical Center Community Advisory Board, Ohio Outdoor Advertising Association Board. He is also the 2013-2014 Lancaster Rotary Club President. Jay loves to cook, especially real smoked BBQ, and is an avid pinball collector and restorer. Jay and his wife, Kim, have three sons and live in Lancaster.

Jim HarmonAccount Executive – Fairfield & Pickaway Counties
Photo HereJim has been with Nauman for eight years and thoroughly enjoys helping his customers meet their marketing goals with outdoor solutions.  With nearly 25 years in the outdoor advertising industry, Jim spent 16 years working in sales for a printing company that supplied posters, vinyls and other large-scale signage to the outdoor industry prior to his career at Nauman. Jim has an associate’s degree in business administration. A member of the Lancaster Sherman Rotary Club, Jim also enjoys golf and working on home improvement projects in his spare time. Jim and his wife, Cheryl, live in Lancaster, have 2 daughters, Ashley and McKay, and enjoy spending time with their black lab, Chewy.

Mardee StoverOffice Manager, Account Executive – Hocking & Athens Counties
Photo HereMardee’s 14 years at Nauman have allowed her to meet many diverse customers, something she very much enjoys about her job. Mardee’s dual role as the office manager and a sales account executive allow her to see both sides of the business – customer service and administration – giving her great insight that helps her meet her customers’ needs. Mardee has an associate’s degree in accounting from Ohio University-Lancaster. With a passion for quilting (she belongs to three quilt guilds), Mardee also enjoys time with her husband, Jerry; their three daughters, Michelle, Megan and Jeri; three grandchildren; and their three dogs.
